Duties:

Present and lecture on the expectations of a good supervisor, leader, mentor. Discuss key skills on identifying employee abilities, becoming a good observer, communication, and being available to the employees as a supervisor.
Provide dialogue on documenting and identifying daily priorities.
Will discuss classification and position management.
Present and lecture on recruitment and placement.
Provide discusses on Equal Employment Opportunity and Sexual Assault Prevention.
