Duties:
- Provide dining facility cleaning services, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean walls, woodwork, windows, ceilings, tables, counters, kitchen, and equipment.
- Set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations, and condiment dispensers before and during meals.
- Refill and clean condiment containers and napkin dispensers as needed.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the dining facility.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and wash utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of ranges, grills, ice machines, and ventilating hoods.
- Empty trash containers and clean mechanical food disposals.
- Ensure the dishwashing area is clean and orderly.
- Previous experience in dining facility or kitchen operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations.
