Duties:

Set up and manage food serving stations, ensuring all items are available and presented according to standards.
Serve meals, maintaining portion control and ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Restock serving areas with food items, condiments, and beverages during meal service.
Maintain cleanliness of serving stations and dining areas before, during, and after meal times.
Assist with clearing, cleaning, and organizing the dining area after meals.

Requirements:

Experience in food service or a customer-facing role.
Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide friendly, courteous service.
Knowledge of portion control and basic food safety practices.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
