Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Automation System controlling HVAC, environmental monitoring, alarms, and facility controls.

Requirements:

Experience with BAS/DDC control systems.
Knowledge of HVAC controls.
Ability to troubleshoot controllers and sensors.
Experience reading control diagrams.
Strong computer skills.

Duties:

Monitor BAS performance.
Troubleshoot control system issues.
Program and modify control sequences.
Calibrate sensors and controllers.
Maintain control documentation.
Coordinate system repairs.
