Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
● Food handler's certification may be required.
Duties:
● Supervise staff and ensuring quality services.
● Assign and delegate tasks to staff to ensure proper organization within the team.
● Step in (if needed) to clean and sanitize specified areas using proper disinfectant (bleach/water) before and after the meal is served.
● Sweep, mop, and disinfect the floors in the dining room, clipper area, kitchen, and anywhere food may have been dropped.
● Perform light dusting throughout the dining room area.
● Wear acceptable head covers (hats, caps, and hairnets) to prevent loose hair from falling into food.
● Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
