Job Title: Dining Facility Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Oversee the entire food service operation and ensure compliance with performance standards.
Manage menu planning, food preparation, and inventory.
Supervise staff and maintain sanitation standards.
Coordinate with military and civilian personnel regarding food service issues.

Requirements:

Two years of experience in a large food service operation within the past eight years.
One year of management or assistant management experience.
Current sanitation certification.
Military food service experience at E-6 or above is a plus.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
