Duties:
- Oversee the entire food service operation and ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Manage menu planning, food preparation, and inventory.
- Supervise staff and maintain sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with military and civilian personnel regarding food service issues.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a large food service operation within the past eight years.
- One year of management or assistant management experience.
- Current sanitation certification.
- Military food service experience at E-6 or above is a plus.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
