Job Title: Dining Facility Manager 

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

  • Oversee the entire food service operation and ensure compliance with performance standards.
  • Manage menu planning, food preparation, and inventory.
  • Supervise staff and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with military and civilian personnel regarding food service issues.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a large food service operation within the past eight years.
  • One year of management or assistant management experience.
  • Current sanitation certification.
  • Military food service experience at E-6 or above is a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
