Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for the Marine Security Guards (MSG).
• Plan a 20-day rotating menu with the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
• Keep the kitchen, dining area, and equipment clean after each meal.
• Follow food safety guidelines (FDA, USDA, HACCP).
• Manage food inventory and help with grocery shopping.
• Adjust menus based on feedback and dietary needs.
• Prepare special meals for events as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in food service.
• Ability to create diverse, nutritious menus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically capable of kitchen work.
• Must have necessary licenses and permits for food service.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Meal times:
  • Breakfast: 08:30 – 10:00
  • Lunch: 12:00 – 14:30
  • Dinner: 17:00 – 19:30
