The Chapel Programs Coordinator shall:
- Maintain communication with chapel staff and base leadership.
- Create a spiritually based, alcohol-free atmosphere.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and availability of facilities and equipment.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations and programs.
- Develop annual event calendar and budgets in consultation with AMC Chaplain.
- Report statistics and violations promptly.
- Maintain professional appearance and attend necessary meetings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrated through previous experience in creating inclusive, spiritually based environments.
- Proficiency in facility maintenance and volunteer management, with knowledge of military guidelines and procedures.
- Previous experience in event planning and budget management, showcasing effective leadership skills and the ability to foster healthy relationships.
- Commitment to prompt response times and policy adherence.
