Summary:

The Stationary Engineer operates and maintains central utility systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and related mechanical equipment supporting continuous facility operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating commercial central plant equipment.
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
Ability to interpret gauges, control systems, and operating manuals.
Ability to respond to emergency equipment failures.

Duties:

Operate boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
Perform daily equipment inspections.
Monitor operating parameters and alarms.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
Respond to equipment malfunctions.
Maintain operational logs and inspection records.
