Duties:
- Instruct and evaluate students in online and resident programs.
- Provide guidance and assess student performance in courses and forums.
- Review and provide feedback on student papers and assignments.
- Guide and mentor students needing assistance.
- Facilitate seminars and evaluate student presentations.
- Participate in faculty development and student activities.
- Assist in preparing course materials and evaluations for regional studies.
- Attend faculty meetings and training sessions.
- Senior Level College education from a Senior Service College, or a Department of Defense accredited Senior Service College Distance Education Program
- Master’s degree from an accredited graduate degree-granting institution in a discipline relevant to a major field of study within the U. S. Army War College
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience at a Senior Service College or an accredited graduate degree-granting institution, with at least one year within the last three years.
- Experience with LMS recognized in the academic community, understanding of adult learning concepts, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, basic writing and editing skills, data entry tasks, and experience in using visual and automation technology in seminar rooms.
