Duties:

Provide 24-hour neonatal coverage for the NICU, ensuring emergency and routine care for neonates requiring specialized treatment.
Perform advanced NICU procedures, including intubation, high-frequency jet ventilation, whole-body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and vascular access.
Act as a consultant for neonatal cases in the Emergency Department, Pediatric Clinic, and other inpatient settings.
Attend and lead monthly meetings for COB patients, PAB, and Code Purple drills.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans for critically ill neonates.

Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program.
Experience in managing critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU.
Current, valid, unrestricted medical license in the United States or its territories.
