Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct weekly rehearsals and worship services, including special events (e.g., holidays, memorials, funerals)
• Provide vocal leadership and guide the congregation in worship
• Select and arrange music in coordination with the Chaplain
• Deliver opening remarks and prayers aligned with Protestant traditions
• Prepare and provide music scores, arrangements, and audio/visual lyrics

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of college-level education in music or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of experience leading worship teams or bands in a church setting

Skills & Abilities

• Strong vocal ability and experience leading congregational worship
• Proficiency in sight-reading, arranging, and performing music
• Ability to lead a contemporary Protestant praise team
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
