Job Title: Metallurgy Training Instructor
Location: West Bethesda, MD
Schedule: Courses conducted approximately once per quarter, within regular workweeks (Monday to Friday)

Duties:

Conduct on-site Metallurgy training courses customized for 60 workforces, focusing on Welding, Materials, Additive Manufacturing, and Heat Treatment.
Tailor course material and schedule in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure relevance to naval applications and alignment with industry standards.
Lead training sessions resulting in the issuance of certificates in Applied General Metallurgy or Welding Metallurgy, in accordance with course requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Metallurgy or related fields.
Preference for candidates with a PhD.
Experience in delivering training or instruction preferred.
