JOB TITLE : Site Supervisor

LOCATION : Washington State University Campus, Pullman, WA

DUTIES :

Coordinate reviews on project drawings, specifications, cost estimates and other related documents
Verify that the design adheres to ARS Design Manual, Clarity and Completeness of Construction Documents, Specifications, Quality Control During Construction, Interface of Disciplines/Document Conflicts, and Operations/Maintenance.
Provide a project manager (PM) experienced in design and construction project management from the perspective of managing the project as a representative for the ARS facilities group.
Allocate its personnel and other resources to meet milestone dates and shall monitor the work of its staff and the reviews by ARS and WSU reviewers to ensure concurrent progress with each design submission.
Act as an onsite project manager representing ARS and WSU with respect to coordinating the construction activities on the WSU campus. The activities include but not limited to coordination of deliveries, laydown areas, location of utilities,

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
CPR and first aid certifications.
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
