Duties:

  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily according to the provided menu.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen supervisor to ensure meal variety and quality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and all food preparation equipment following each meal.
  • Monitor food inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that meals are ready for service at the designated times, adhering to the meal schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of special meals for events or dietary requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a cook in a food service or commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to prepare diverse, high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Physically capable of performing kitchen duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must possess necessary food handling certifications and permits.

Working Hours:

  • Daily meal times:
    • Breakfast: 06:30 – 07:30
    • Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00
    • Dinner: 17:00 – 18:00 (or 17:30 – 18:30)
