Job Type: Full-Time
Duties:
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily according to the provided menu.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen supervisor to ensure meal variety and quality.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and all food preparation equipment following each meal.
- Monitor food inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure that meals are ready for service at the designated times, adhering to the meal schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of special meals for events or dietary requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a cook in a food service or commercial kitchen environment.
- Ability to prepare diverse, high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Physically capable of performing kitchen duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess necessary food handling certifications and permits.
Working Hours:
- Daily meal times:
- Breakfast: 06:30 – 07:30
- Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00
- Dinner: 17:00 – 18:00 (or 17:30 – 18:30)
