Qualifications:

A Minimum of 5 years of experience managing capitalization projects for multiple facilities.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects based on objectives, milestones, and constraints.
Strong knowledge of project management principles.
Proficiency in data management systems and effective oral and written communication.

Tasks:

Develop strategic facilities plans and analyze alternatives.
Prepare cost estimates, execution documents, and contribute to policy development.
Participate in and coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Maintain and assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Prepare and participate in briefings for Budget and Program Management Reviews.
