Life Connections Program – FCI Fort Dix

Location: FCI Fort Dix, Joint Base MDL, NJ
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)
Position Type: Contract / Part-Time

Position Summary:

The Spiritual Guide provides mentorship and faith-based instruction to program participants. The role supports spiritual development, personal growth, and positive decision-making within the Life Connections Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate spiritual and life development sessions
Provide mentorship and guidance to participants
Support delivery of Life Connections curriculum
Encourage respectful dialogue among diverse faith traditions
Maintain attendance and participation records
Follow all correctional facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in religious studies, theology, education, or related field
Active member of a recognized faith community
Letter of endorsement from a faith leader
