Duties:

Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas, including floors, tables, and counters.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal in designated waste areas, following facility protocols.
Ensure trash receptacles are kept covered and use liners to maintain sanitation.
Clean restroom fixtures, water closets, lavatories, and sinks in the kitchen area.
Support with re-stocking cleaning supplies and maintaining overall hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in food service or institutional settings.
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards, especially in food handling areas.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
