Background: The Army National Guard need Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management and administrative Care Coordinator staffing in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR).
Job Title: Medical Case Manager
Location: Cottage Grove Armory, 8180 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove, MN
Schedule: 06:00-17:00, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:

Be a Registered nurse.
Or Be a certified Social Worker, Former E7 42A or 68W MOS, or six years of Care Coordinator experience.

Duties:

Assembling and processing a total of 5,000 Mobility (MOB) packets for the soldiers.
Manage the processing and documentation medical waivers.
Managing documentation and administrative tasks associated with hearing tests, hearing protection, and hearing-related medical evaluations for soldiers.
