Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering a Catholic Religious Education (RE) and sacramental preparation program to support the spiritual development of the Catholic community.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead weekly RE programs for all age groups (Pre-K through adult)
Coordinate parish activities, ministries, and special events
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and catechists
Develop annual program plans, schedules, and budgets
Communicate with parents, staff, and chapel leadership
Manage classroom logistics, supplies, and facilities
Prepare reports, correspondence, and program evaluations

Work Schedule:

Part-time, up to 10 hours per week
Includes Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings

Qualifications:

Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing
Catechist Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in religious education or program coordination

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education, Theology, or related field
