Duties:

  • Prepare and serve meals during training weekends, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following set recipes.
  • Set up and maintain food serving stations, ensuring food is replenished and served on time.
  • Help with meal preparation for special events and holidays.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and keep the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas clean.
  • Manage food and supply inventory, making sure items are stored properly and available when needed.
  • Ensure portion control and proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
  • Clean up and store all equipment and utensils after meals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Cook in a military, government, or commercial dining facility.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to prepare meals for large groups and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate .
