Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Place of Performance: Remote
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing project construction estimates, schedules, and statements of work.
Expertise in construction, engineering, and architectural fields.
Experience working with various types of facilities, including laboratories, office buildings, and remote sites.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tasks:

Support life cycle management of facility assets, maintenance plans, and requirements documents.
Provide strategic advice on facilities management, including HVAC, building automation systems, and asset life cycles.
Prepare and evaluate statements of work for maintenance, repair, and replacement projects.
Review and prioritize asset capital projects based on available funding, risk, and need.
Perform complex database analysis and generate reports for Facilities Information Technology systems.
Collaborate with customers to ensure tasking and deliverables align with the NOS mission.
Assist in developing facility-level energy management plans.
