Job Title: Landscaper

Location: USCG Station Milford Haven, 63 Mill Point Road, Hudgins, VA 23067

Schedule: Every 2 Weeks

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to maintain and enhance the lawn and grounds at USCG Station Milford Haven. The ideal candidate will provide all necessary materials, and equipment to ensure the grounds are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties:

Mowing: Perform regular mowing of the station grounds within the fenced area and the Front 40 area.
Edging: Edge all hard surfaces, including sidewalks and driveways, to maintain clean and defined lines.
String Trimming: Trim around objects, buildings, and mulch beds using a string trimmer.
Debris Removal: Remove litter and debris from lawn areas.
Blowing: Use a blower to clear hard surfaces of clippings and debris after mowing and trimming

Qualifications:

Provide all required materials, and equipment to perform the tasks listed. This includes mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
Proven experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Knowledge of effective pruning and weed control techniques.
