Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Parenting Facilitator to join our team. The Parenting Facilitator will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and informative parenting workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development, effective communication techniques, and a genuine commitment to promoting positive parenting practices.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and facilitate parenting workshops, support groups, and educational sessions.
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for parents to share their experiences, challenges, and successes.
Develop and adapt workshop content and materials based on the needs and preferences of participants.
Deliver presentations on a variety of parenting topics, including child development, behavior management, effective communication, and self-care.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and mutual support among participants.
Offer practical guidance, tools, and strategies to help parents navigate parenting challenges and promote healthy family dynamics.
Listen actively, offer empathy, and provide constructive feedback during group discussions and individual consultations.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilitating parenting workshops, support groups, or similar educational programs.
Strong understanding of child development principles and effective parenting practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to working with diverse groups of parents.
