Job Title:  Training Services

Location: Joint Force Headquarters, building 430, Richmond, Virginia

Duties:

• Present and lecture on the expectations of a good supervisor, leader, mentor. Discuss key skills on identifying employee abilities, becoming a good observer, communication, and being available to the employees as a supervisor.
• Provide dialogue on documenting and identifying daily priorities.
• Will discuss classification and position management.
• Present and lecture on recruitment and placement.
• Provide discusses on Equal Employment Opportunity and Sexual Assault Prevention.

Qualification:

• The applicants shall have extensive knowledge and competence in the field.
