Duties:

• The applicant shall develop a program of study for grades, such as the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults), the RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children) and the adult faith formations programs.
• The applicant shall compile a monthly Religious Education Report in the manner prescribed by the Senior Director of Religious Education
• The applicant shall attend meetings when and if deemed necessary by the Garrison Chaplain as it relates to the Roman Catholic community.
• The applicant shall recruit, interview, approve, and train volunteer teachers and classroom assistants.
• The applicant shall develop and present an annual budget for both appropriate and non-appropriate funds.

Education/ Qualifications:

• The applicant shall obtain an AMS certificate.
• The applicant shall have three years of work experience in Catholic Religious Education.
