Food server

Worksite: On-site
Location: SOG Tactical Center, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA
Job Type: Part-Time

Duties:

• Set up and manage food serving stations, ensuring all items are available and presented according to standards.
• Serve meals, maintaining portion control and ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Restock serving areas with food items, condiments, and beverages during meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of serving stations and dining areas before, during, and after meal times.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and organizing the dining area after meals.

Requirements:

• Experience in food service or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Knowledge of portion control and basic food safety practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
