Location: Pearl City, Hawaii
Position: Part-time
Duties:
- Develop and deliver two weekly 1-hour yoga sessions tailored to military personnel.
- Instruct on breathing techniques, postural coherence, and neuromuscular patterning.
- Create a safe and supportive yoga environment.
- Adapt sessions based on individual student needs.
- Monitor students for signs of injury and modify poses as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
Requirements:
- 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance.
- Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Provider.
- Certified Reiki Master through The International Center for Reiki Training.
