Testing Specialist
Location: Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, totaling seven sessions per week.Key Responsibilities
Schedule examinations using the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS).
Administer and proctor a variety of exams including language tests, Air Force qualification tests, and commercial testing programs.
Verify examinee identification and eligibility prior to testing.
Provide standardized testing instructions and monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance and security.
Maintain test logs, examination records, and inventory of testing materials.
Prepare answer sheets, reports, and testing documentation for submission to testing agencies.
Perform administrative tasks associated with test administration and maintain an organized testing environment.
Conduct basic troubleshooting for computer-based testing systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two years of customer service experience.
Minimum one year of testing administration or related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
