Serve as Personal and Family Readiness Coordinator, focusing on family readiness and deployment support.
Provide deployment assistance across all deployment phases for service members and their families.
Collaborate with FSS Commander to develop the Unit Family Care Plan program.
Create, update, and monitor Family Care Plans with commanders and individual Airmen/Guardians.
Deliver deployment information through brochures, handouts, and classes.
Assist members in developing family care plans upon request.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social science, or a related discipline appropriate to the position or Four years of relevant experience demonstrating knowledge equivalent to a major in behavioral or social sciences.
Experience in serving as a Personal and Family Readiness Coordinator.
Knowledge and expertise in personal and family readiness activities.
Familiarity with deployment support in the four phases: pre-deployment, deployment and sustainment, re-integration, and post-deployment challenges.
