- Ensure accreditation compliance with Pro Board and IFSAC standards.
- Meet NFPA 1021 requirements for Fire Officer II certification.
- Design course curriculum covering leadership, management, and budget planning.
- Procure up-to-date training materials and equipment.
- Develop a comprehensive student manual for reference.
- Maintain accreditation status through adherence to standards and regulations set by Pro Board and IFSAC.
- Ensure that course content and instruction align with NFPA 1021 guidelines.
- Develop a curriculum that effectively prepares participants for leadership roles within fire departments.
- Source and obtain necessary training materials and equipment.
- Create a detailed and user-friendly student manual as a post-course reference guide.
