The applicant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Tribal HUD‐VASH program with Veterans served throughout Zuni Tribal Lands.
The applicant is responsible for establishing a process for referrals and admissions, ensuring that homeless veterans are considered as primary participants for program acceptance.
The applicant will perform site visits of HUD‐VASH apartments/ Zuni Tribal Housing, to ensure that veterans reside in safe environments in compliance with local housing codes.
The applicant is responsible for providing oversight of HUD‐VASH case management.
The applicant will actively participate in program planning and development
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of and mastery of theories and modalities used in the specialized treatment of complex physical or mental illness.
Advanced and expert skill in a range of specialized interventions and treatment modalities used in specialty treatment programs.
Education/Experience:
The applicant shall have experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment.
The applicant must be licensed or certified by a state at the advanced practice level which included an ASWB advanced generalist or clinical examination.
