Summary:

The Stationary Engineer operates and maintains central utility systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and related mechanical equipment supporting continuous facility operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating commercial central plant equipment.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
• Ability to interpret gauges, control systems, and operating manuals.
• Ability to respond to emergency equipment failures.

Duties:

• Operate boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Monitor operating parameters and alarms.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain operational logs and inspection records.
