Master Musician Coordinator

Location: Kaiserslautern area: Daenner Chapel & Landstuhl Chape

Employment Type: Contract (Part-Time / As Required)

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all musical support for worship services and special religious events across multiple chapel locations.
• Recruit, audition, schedule, and supervise musicians to ensure full coverage of all required services.
• Coordinate weekly music selections with chaplains, worship leaders, and service themes.
• Ensure musicians rehearse as required and arrive on time for all services and events.
• Provide oversight of rehearsals, sound checks, and overall musical quality during services.
• Maintain musician schedules, availability rosters, and service coverage plans.
• Submit weekly music selections for chapel publications and bulletins.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in music coordination, program management, or similar role.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and coordinate musicians for multiple services.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting religious services or chapel programs.
• Background in music performance, accompaniment, or worship leadership.
• Experience working in a military or multi-faith environment.
