Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver executive-level training focused on trauma-informed leadership, organizational culture, effective communication, and leadership strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with justice-involved populations, behavioral health, organizational leadership, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs.
Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
Provide subject matter expertise on trauma-informed practices and leadership.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as needed.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, leadership development, and organizational culture.
Experience working with executive or senior-level professionals preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
