Job Summary
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Director of Protestant Music Ministries to provide music support for Protestant worship services at Dover Air Force Base.
Duties
Provide music for weekly Protestant worship services.
Lead and coordinate weekly music rehearsals.
Director of Protestant Music Ministries
Direct and support volunteer choir members and musicians.
Coordinate music selections with chapel leadership.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled worship services.
Support special services, meetings, and chapel events as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience leading music in a Protestant congregational worship setting.
Proficiency in directing and performing Protestant worship music.
Knowledge of Protestant worship traditions and services.
Ability to recruit, organize, and lead volunteer choir members.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be available for an in-person musical audition at Dover AFB.
