Job Title: Music Director/Accompanist (MDA)

Qualifications:
2+ years of music education or equivalent church/chapel experience.
3+ years keyboard and/or organ performance.
Ability to lead vocal music in line with Catholic liturgical norms.
Proficient in Gregorian Chant, hymns, and contemporary liturgical music.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide piano/organ accompaniment and/or cantor leadership for Sunday Masses and special services.
Conduct weekly choir rehearsals (90 units/year) separate from pre-service prep.
Arrive 45 minutes early for coordination, sound check, and prelude.
Lead or support congregational singing; train others as needed.
Select music in collaboration with the Chaplain for all liturgical elements.
Submit seasonal music plans at least four weeks in advance.
