Life Connections Program – FCI Fort Dix

Location: FCI Fort Dix, Joint Base MDL, NJ
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)
Position Type: Contract / Part-Time

Position Summary:

The Spiritual Guide provides mentorship and faith-based instruction to program participants. The role supports spiritual development, personal growth, and positive decision-making within the Life Connections Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate spiritual and life development sessions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to participants

• Support delivery of Life Connections curriculum

• Encourage respectful dialogue among diverse faith traditions

• Maintain attendance and participation records

• Follow all correctional facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in religious studies, theology, education, or related field

• Active member of a recognized faith community

• Letter of endorsement from a faith leader
