Job title: Automatic Door Technician.
Location: Philadelphia VA Medical Center 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia, PA.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors.
Responsibilities:
  • Repair, replace, and upgrade automatic doors at Building 2 OR (5A143).
  • Address specific components, including Duel Egress Ditec Entrematic Surface Mount Handicap operator, low energy, H low profile header, Eagle motion sensor, Electronic panic bar and others as needed.
  • Coordinate all system shutdowns with facility management and utilities shops.
  • Perform all tasks during hours that do not disrupt hospital operations.
