The applicant shall conduct follow-up and outreach activities (phone calls, emails, outreach), to encourage individual students in meeting their educational objectives.
The applicant shall prepare all necessary correspondence and forms while maintaining related records and logs required to support all aspects of job tasks.
The applicant shall conduct goal analysis and log all counseling sessions and keep a record.
The applicant shall prepare and conduct briefings as required.
The applicant shall update student resources to ensure compliance with current directives, guidance and policy.
The applicant shall sort and disseminate graduate certificates for each graduation.
Qualifications :
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
Education/ Experience:
The Applicant must possess at least an associate degree from a college or university accredited by an accreditation organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).
