Duties:
- Wash and sanitize dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after each meal.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all cleaning is done according to health and safety standards.
- Properly store cleaned dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
- Clean the dishwashing area and equipment after each use to maintain sanitary conditions.
- Assist with trash removal and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a dishwashing or kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
