Introduction:
We are seeking a qualified Administrative Manager to oversee the tax exoneration process for all United States Government (USG) purchases made by units at Soto Cano Air Base. This role involves managing the entire administrative process required to secure tax exonerations from the Honduran Government, ensuring compliance with all relevant deadlines and regulations.

Location: Soto Cano Air Base (SCAB), Honduras
Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a government or military setting.
- Familiarity with tax exoneration processes and related documentation is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete, submit, and file tax exoneration forms and reports.
- Ensure all forms and reports are submitted within monthly and annual deadlines to prevent any interruptions in USG purchases.
- Register purchase orders and process purchase order liquidations.
