Nurse Manager

Location: Stewart Lee Udall Building - Washington, DC
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ambulatory care, triage emergencies, and provide patient assessments
- Manage daily Wellness Center operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with federal health, safety, and reporting requirements
- Lead wellness programs (vaccinations, screenings, education, events)
- Coordinate with medical staff, OSHE, and emergency personnel
- Oversee facility safety, equipment, and AED program
- Maintain clinical records, reporting, and quality assurance
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs/LPNs)
- Provide medical support for special events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)
- Minimum:
- 4 years clinical nursing experience
- 2 years supervisory/lead experience
- Experience in ambulatory or occupational health settings
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to meet federal security and credentialing requirements
