Provide family-focused education and support services.
Conduct initial and crisis assessments, develop action plans, and offer referrals.
Perform local needs assessments for customized services.
Assist customers in determining service appropriateness.
Manage quarterly HeartLink orientations, organize events, and maintain necessary supplies.
Oversee the Key Spouse Program, conducting initial and ongoing training using DAF standardized curriculum.
Keep records of Key Spouse appointments and certifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field.
Experience in providing education and enrichment services focusing on healthy family relationships, interpersonal competencies, problem-solving skills, and help-seeking skills throughout the family life cycle.
Ability to conduct initial assessments and crisis assessments with action planning for education, skill building, or referral to other installation agencies or community resources.
