The applicant shall perform general maintenance, improvements, clean‐up, and repair work upon approval or as directed by the facilities staff.
The applicant shall respond to building emergencies by taking actions required to safely restore building systems to operation if possible, or limit damage until a repair team can arrive.
The applicant shall ensure that facilities are secure after users depart.
The applicant shall assist in transporting visiting staff or guests to and from the airport, relocating vehicles, and with picking up or delivering shipments as requested.
The applicant shall remove snow around buildings’ exteriors to ensure safe fuel deliveries and to maintain unobstructed access to the buildings.
Qualification :
The applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs., work at heights of up to 12 feet, and in space‐restricted areas.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be an effective communicator (oral and written).
Education/ Experience :
The applicant shall Must be proficient in identifying improper system operations, and have ability to diagnose operational problems in the building systems, such as plumbing, heating‐fuel powered heating/boiler, electrical and fire alarm systems.
The applicant must have experience using hand and power tools.
The applicant must be proficient in the use of office equipment and software applications such as MS Office and Google Suite.
