Conduct nutritional assessments for patients within 72 hours of hospital admission
Ensure patients' dietary needs align with Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA)
Review and approve all menus, including special diets
Provide routine onsite visits to ensure compliance with dietary service standards
Certify that all meals meet professional, regulatory, and quality expectations
Approve menu substitutions and ensure proper documentation
Maintain records in compliance with IHS standards
Qualifications:
Active license and credentials as a Registered Dietitian
Minimum 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in a hospital setting
