Job Title: Spiritual Guide

Location: Naval Air Station JRB, TX

Duties:

• The candidate is required to attend all training by the Bureau of Prisons for contract workers.
•  
• The Candidate will work closely with the Life Connections Program Chaplain and other program staff to assist in the program's development and gauge the participants' progress.

Education & Qualifications:

• Must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community along with a letter of reference from the Pastor, Imam, Spiritual Leader etc.
• Must possess at a minimum, a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies.
• Work experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
• Experience in working with adults in a classroom environment or similar.
  programs within a community setting where the emphasis is placed on practical life skills.
