The applicant shall attend planning and coordination meetings and provide necessary input for services.
The applicant shall present a neat, well-groomed appearance appropriate for religious worship services
The applicant shall coordinate the preparation of the Catholic bulletin each week. Edit content, fact check and ensure printing deadlines are met.
The applicant shall manage all Religious Community registrations to include registrations and keeping current registrations updated.
The applicant shall assist with preparation and submission of sacramental records (baptism, marriage and confirmation).
The applicant shall meet with the Catholic Chaplain/Chaplain Staff once per week to discuss needs assessment of the Fort Sill Catholic Community.
The applicant shall conduct initial interview process for individuals preparing for marriage or seeking an annulment process.
Qualification:
Have excellent organization and planning skills.
The applicant must be willing to work in a pluralistic environment where they may come in contact with members from various faith groups and/or viewpoints.
Education/ Experience:
Experience in teaching.
Experience working in a military environment is preferred.
