Food Sanitation Specialist

Duties:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling properly.
• Inspect dining areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Follow Air Force and federal sanitation standards.
• Report and address any sanitation issues.
• Keep records of cleaning and inspections.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.

Requirements:

• Experience in sanitation or food service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability for lifting, standing, and cleaning.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
