Super Verifying Official (SVO)

Location: Military Personnel Flight (MPF), Hurlburt Field, Florida
Job Title: Super Verifying Official (SVO)
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Manage and monitor audit trails for all RAPIDS operations to ensure accurate ID issuance and recordkeeping.
• Train new Verifying Officials (VO) using RAPIDS training guides and ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force policies.
• Oversee installation of software updates for RAPIDS terminals and ensure proper configuration.
• Verify the identity and eligibility of personnel for Common Access Cards (CAC) issuance.
• Support personnel with troubleshooting, PIN resets, and locked CAC reissuance.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience as a Verifying Official or in a related security role.
• Strong working knowledge of DEERS/RAPIDS systems and identification card processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with DoD identity verification policies.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth understanding of personnel verification and identification procedures.
• Ability to manage system audits and ensure strict adherence to data protection measures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in training and supervising personnel.
